I have outlined below the most common techniques that I have found to be effective in my Holistic Kinesiology practice in Sydney.

Let me say at the outset that I think the most important tool is for the client to be educated during this process to empower them to take control of their own well-being and happiness.

In my practice, and in my life, I use do TERRA therapeutic grade essential oils. These can be used in a multitude of applications and processes to magnify and fast-track the healing process. Good quality therapeutic grade essential oils may be inhaled, applied or ingested, as required.

Bach Flower Remedies

This system of plant and flower-based essences was developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. Most people have heard of or used, Rescue Remedy. Using your body’s bio-feedback system (muscle monitoring) I can assess which individual or group of essences will help you achieve your immediate and long-term goals. Your body will direct us to the remedy, or remedies, required as well as the dosage each day and the timeframe required. This will, most likely include an individual take-home remedy, which I can provide. I do not charge for Bach flower essences if required as part of the balance.

Acupressure

Traditional Chinese Medicine has been using the numerous energy meridians in our body to relieve stress and clear blockages in our system. Your body will indicate which meridians to target using a number of acupressure techniques.

Techniques include accessing specific Neuro-Lymphatic and Neuro-Vascular points in the body as required. These points usually require mild pressure or gentle rubbing to clear blockages.

Other techniques include, but are not limited, to SOUND and COLOUR.
